Organization Experiences

Throughout my academic journey, I actively participated in various organizations that helped me grow both personally and professionally.

As Head of the Human Resource Development Division at Kakak Asuh Bekasi, I led initiatives to improve member competencies through regular training, internal evaluations, and cross-regional collaboration. In the President University Major Association, I contributed as a Legal Division member, ensuring organizational compliance and managing student feedback. I also served as Vice Project Manager in the “Technology Science in Life” event, where I supervised 65 members and coordinated university-level competitions. These experiences enhanced my leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning skills, preparing me to work effectively in diverse and collaborative environments.
